Photos from Auburn University football practices are featured.

Members of the Auburn offensive line perform an unusual preseason football ritual on Sunday at the campus intramural fields. Offensive tackle Ryan Broome (60) and a new walk-on, Rick Pollard from Dalton, Ga., hold a tackling dummy on a pole. At the snap of the football, the linemen began to move to simulate the movement of a linebacker that the offensive linemen block in the drill. Rich Trucks makes the block on the dummy.

Tailback Carnell Williams (24) breaks for long yardage during 11 on 11 work on Sunday.

Tommy Tuberville talks with offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino and wide receivers coach Greg Knox during a break in Sunday's practice, the first full pads workout of preseason for the Tigers.

Redshirt sophomore Jason Campbell is looking to pass as he is protected by Mark Pera, who grabs linebacker Karlos Dansby (11). Head coach Tommy Tuberville watches in the background.

Junior defensive tackle Spencer Johnson is shown in a pass rush drill as former Auburn head football coach Pat Dye (in sunglasses and hat in the background) watches the action. Offensive line coach Hugh Nall is on the right.
