Scenes from two of Auburn's current athletic department construction projects are featured:

The view of the front entrance of the new home for the men's and women's golf teams at the Auburn University Club is shown. The building will have offices for the coaches, locker rooms for the players and other amenities.

Three large doors will open to the driving range side of the facility that will allow Auburn's golfers to work on their shots even in bad weather. State of the art video equipment in the building will analyze each player's mechanics.

A view looking out of the south side of the facility at the driving range is shown. Coach Kim Evans' women's team is ranked fourth nationally and Mike Griffin's men's squad is ranked 20th.

The front entrance to the facility is shown. Auburn's teams are scheduled to move into their new home later this year. AU's coaches currently work out small offices in Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum.

A view of the facility is shown from the driving range side of the building.

The new outdoor pool for the Auburn men's and women's swimming teams is located on the site of the former Luther Young Tennis Courts. Both Auburn swimming and diving teams defended their national championships earlier this month with impressive victories in Minneapolis.

Auburn University president Dr. Richardson said the new outdoor pool is being built to give a recruiting advantage to what he calls a "model program" for the university with its competitive success as well as the success swimmers and divers have had in a wide range of university academic and leadership roles.

A view from the northwest side of the pool is shown with Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseumin the background.
