Scenes from three different Auburn University athletic department construction projects are featured.

Auburn, Ala.--New homes are being built for the men's and women's tennis teams, the men's and women's golf teams and there is a new outdoor pool under construction for the men's and women's swimming teams.

The first outdoor pool for the Auburn swimming program is being built on the site of the old Luther Young Tennis complex near Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum.

Both the men's and women's swimming teams won the NCAA national championships in March at the final Auburn meets for Coach David Marsh, who is taking a post with USA Swimming in Charlotte, N.C. Richard Quick is returning to AU to take over for his second run as head coach of the Tigers.

Work continues on a new tennis complex that will be the home for Auburn University's tennis teams as well as the city of Auburn's courts. Shown are the 16 clay courts that are part of the facility, which will have 34 total courts.

The new complex will have six indoor tennis courts for the teams coached by Eric Shore and Tim Gray.

The AU teams will play most of their matches on the 12 outdoor hard courts.

Fans will be able to watch matches on the hard courts from a terraced seating area.

The women's and men's golf teams will be moving out of Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum to a new home at The Auburn University Club golf course. The view shows the front of the new complex that should be ready this summer.

The view from the driving range shows the backside of the golf complex, which includes three driving bays that will allow the Tigers to practice their swings in bad weather.
