Tiger Center Could Be Back Soon

An update on Auburn junior football Jason Bosley is featured.

Auburn, Ala.--Projected starting center Jason Bosley could be back on the practice field within a week, AU officials told Inside the Auburn Tigers was told on Monday.

The junior from Huntsville injured a knee in Sunday night's practice, but received good news after an examination on Monday morning. He is officially listed as "day to day." Coach Tommy Tuberville is expected to provide more details on Bosley after Monday evening's 6 p.m. practice.

Bosley, a 6-4, 292-pounder, played in 10 games last season and started four when Joe Cope was injured.

The center received the Eddie Welch Attitude & Hustle Award in spring training and is expected to be a key member of the 2007 offense.
