Auburn Scrimmage Two Notes, Part 5

News and notes from Auburn's second preseason football scrimmage is featured.

*The scrimmage featured approximately 130 snaps with work on the hurry-up offense as well as goal line situations.

*The offensive line celebrated when the offense scored on a goal line drill after being challenged by the coaches to prove they were tough enough to punch the ball in for six points.

*The Tigers ran many of the plays and formations they will use against Kansas State, Coach Tommy Tuberville said.

*Brandon Cox was wearing his wrist play signal chart like he normally wears in games.

*Tyronne Green was back and started at guard, but Leon Hart was out with his ankle sprain and redshirt freshman Mike Berry started at the other guard spot. Byron Isom also got a lot of work at guard.

*Junior center Jason Bosley, who suffered a knee bruise on Sunday night, started in scrimmage two.

*Tuberville says one of the highlights of the scrimmage was getting through it with no injuries.

*The Tigers will practice again on Saturday morning. The assistant coaches began immediately grading the film late Friday night to have it ready for the players to go over before Saturday's practice.
