Kickoff Time Set for AU vs. Arkansas

Auburn, Ala.--Auburn's Oct. 13th football road game at Arkansas will kick off at 6:45 p.m. Central from Fayetteville, AU officials announced on Monday afternoon.

The game will be televised by ESPN and it will be the third time the Tigers have appeared on that network this season. It will be AU's eighth appearance on ESPN in the last three seasons.

Auburn leads the series vs. Arkansas 9-6-1, but the Razorbacks won last year's game 27-10 in Auburn. Auburn won on its last trip to Fayetteville, taking a 34-17 decision.

Coach Houston Nutt's Razorbacks are 2-2 overall and 1-2 in the SEC. Auburn is 3-2 overall and 2-2 in the conference.

The Tigers will play Vanderbilt this Saturday in Auburn with an 11:30 a.m. kickoff for a game that will be televised regionally by LFS. Coach Tommy Tuberville's team, a 20-17 winner at Florida on Saturday, will be looking to win a third consecutive game this week.

Arkansas plays at home this week vs. Tennesseee-Chattanooga with no television coverage of the 6 p.m. kickoff from Razorback Stadium.
