Auburn-Georgia Set For CBS

The Auburn-Georgia game has been picked up by CBS on Nov. 10.

Auburn, Ala.--Georgia's win over the Florida Gators may have sealed the deal for Nov. 10 as CBS has picked up Auburn's game with the Bulldogs for its national broadcast. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. Central.

Going into this weekend's action Auburn is currently 6-3 and ranked 19th in the Associated Press while Georgia is 6-2 and 10th in the country. The Tigers take on Tennessee Tech while Georgia hosts Troy in Athens.

This will be the 111th meeting between the two schools with Auburn holding a 53-49-8 advantage. In Athens the Tigers have an overall record of 18-9 and have won 10 of 12 at Sanford Stadium. The road team has won 11 of 14 in the series since 1992. The lower ranked team has won 7 of the last 11 games in the series.

The game will be Auburn's first on CBS this season while Georgia's games against Tennessee and Florida were on the network.
