Thompson is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 23 safety in the country according to Scout.com after his standout season as a linebacker/safety for the Florida 5A State Championship team, St. Thomas Aquinas.
Thompson says he is not planning on taking any more visits and will run track this spring.
"Last year I did the 4x100 and 4x400," he notes. "I don't know what I'm going to do this year, but probably the same two events."
