GameDay Location Set for LSU at AU Contest

Auburn, Ala.--The ESPN College GameDay television show will set up at a different location than on previous trips to the Auburn University campus.

This year's show prior to the LSU at Auburn football game will be televised outside the southeast side of Jordan-Hare Stadium at the intersection of Duncan Drive and Roosevelt Drive on the Allison Physics Lab lawn.

The show will be televised live from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday and there will also be live and taped segments on Friday from 3-4:30 p.m. and ESPN SportsCenter segments live at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

This will be the fifth time the GameDay show has been done at Auburn. The last one was on Oct. 14, 2006 as the Tigers defeated Florida 27-17 that day. Auburn has won three of the four games when the GameDay crew was on the AU campus.

GameDay was in Auburn on Nov. 13, 2004 when Auburn defeated Georgia 24-6. It was at AU on Oct. 18, 1997 when Florida defeated the Tigers 24-10. The show's first appearance in Auburn was on Nov. 18th, 1995 for a 31-27 AU victory over Alabama.

Auburn, 3-0 and ranked ninth and 10th nationally in the major polls, will take on sixth-ranked LSU, which is 2-0, at 6:45 p.m. The game will be televised by ESPN.
