Wednesday Auburn Football Practice Notes

News and notes from Auburn's Wednesday evening football practice are featured.

Auburn, Ala.--Senior tailback Brad Lester looked good at practice and would have been able to play if the LSU game was Wednesday night, Coach Tommy Tuberville said.

Tuberville noted that the tailback, who suffered a neck sprain vs. LSU, has a good range of motion and looked good in the workout although he was not allowed to have contact.

The session, which lasted two hours and 20 minutes in shorts, shoulder pads and helmets, was light on contact and heavy on polishing the game plan for Saturday's 6:45 p.m. kickoff vs. LSU. The game will be televised nationally by ESPN.
