OL Commitment Has "Awesome" Experience

Aaron Moore talks about his official visit for the LSU game.

Frisco, Tex.--Auburn offensive line commitment Aaron Moore grew up in Texas and around Big 12 football so this past weekend's official visit for the LSU game on the Auburn campus was his first taste of what his future will be like in the SEC.

Moore says after seeing it in person he can't wait to experience it as a player.

"It was awesome," Moore tells Inside The Auburn Tigers. "The people there were awesome. I have never seen anything like it. The fans and the intensity, it was the greatest experience I've ever had.

"The Tiger Walk was awesome," he adds. "I actually ran into people that knew who I was so that was pretty cool. The game was great. I was pumped. The visit just adds on to my commitment."

A visitor to Auburn for a summer football camp, the 6-5, 255 Moore says that it was important for him to see the campus and surroundings for a football game day. After witnessing it in person he notes it's hard to believe until you experience it.

"It just let me know what to expect," Moore says. "I'm used to these other schools in the Big 12 and that's nothing compared to what I saw. I have never seen so many people in one stadium before. People were already set up and camping on Friday. I saw people in sleeping bags. It was pretty cool."

Hosted by Barrett Trotter on Friday night, Moore says he was supposed to be entertained by Auburn sophomore offensive lineman Ryan Pugh on Saturday, but decided instead to head to bed early because he was leaving early on Sunday for the drive home.

Moore says he is done taking visits and is secure in his decision to be an Auburn Tiger. He chose Auburn over Baylor, SMU, and Texas A&M.
