Visit plans change once again for Skinner's #28 strong side linebacker had rearranged his official visit schedule to include Ole Miss. The visit list has been changed once again. This time it includes Auburn, not the Rebels.

"Auburn called me late last night, and they wanted me to come in for a visit this weekend," added Deontae Skinner. "I was suppose to go to MSU this weekend, but they told me that they wanted me to come in the last weekend of the month. That is when I was supposed to visit Ole Miss, so I moved MSU to that last weekend, which left this weekend open. Auburn wanted me to come in, so I am headed over there this weekend."

When did Auburn start calling?

"A couple of weeks ago they started calling, but they started calling me more when Ole Miss' defensive line coach (Tracey Rocker) went to Auburn. They have been calling me a lot the last few days."

Has an offer been extended?

"No, but they are talking about it."

Where does this leave Ole Miss?

"I am still interested in Ole Miss. To be honest, I have not even had the time to call Coach (Derrick) Nix to let him know that I could not come on the 30th anymore. I would have gone over there this weekend, but they were dead set on me coming in the last weekend. They said that would let them know that I was serious about them if I came in that last weekend. I was serious about Ole Miss, but if MSU has to have me come in the last weekend, and they will not let me come in this weekend, then that left me with no choice. Auburn does not care when I come in. They just want me to come over there and take a visit."
