Ole Miss is the latest to offer the linebacker, who made 129 tackles with 74 solos as a junior. Holland made 14 tackles for lost yardage with two sacks. He deflected 11 passes and intercepted two.
Holland is scheduled to visit Auburn's junior day on Saturday as one of the top prospects in the state. The Tigers are one of the colleges that have offered the growing linebacker who is up to 6-1, 228 pounds.
Other offers are from as far away as the west coast with UCLA and Stanford offering and as close as hometown UAB. From the Big 12 Colorado and Kansas State have extended offers and Vanderbilt plus the startup program at South Alabama have offered, too. He also has an offer from Duke.
Holland's father, Jeff, notes that Jake is interested in the Tigers and says that new assistant coach Tommy Thigpen is recruiting the linebacker for the Tigers.
The linebacker was recently clocked at 4.56 in the 40 on grass and bench presses 340 pounds.
