Times Set For First Two Football Games

Auburn's games against Louisiana Tech and Mississippi State will kick off at 6 p.m. Central.

Birmingham, Ala.—Auburn's first two games of the season, Louisiana Tech and Mississippi State both at Jordan-Hare Stadium, have been set for a kickoff time of 6 p.m. Central.

Auburn's season opening game against Louisiana Tech on Sept. 5, Gene Chizik's first game as head coach at Auburn, has been picked up by ESPNU.

Mississippi State and Auburn on Sept. 12 will be televised by Fox Sports Net.

The Tigers' third game of the season versus West Virginia at home on Sept. 19 is set for a 6:45 p.m. start, but it is still to be determined whether the game will be on ESPN or ESPN2.

The Iron Bowl on Friday, Nov. 27 on CBS is the only other Auburn game with television and a start time already decided.
