Part 2, 2009 Auburn Fan Day Photo Gallery

Auburn, Ala.--Auburn Fan Day 2009 was moved from its normal location at Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum to Jordan-Hare Stadium due to work being done on the basketball arena floor.

Auburn's football players and head coach Gene Chizik were part of the festivities on Sunday afternoon along with Aubie, the cheerleaders, the women's basketball team plus the soccer and volleyball squads. AU officials estimated 4,500 fans attended this year's event.

Mario Fannin was popular with fans on Sunday. The versatile junior is expected to play multiple positions for the Tigers on offense this season. Fannin may also return kickoffs and punts. He had a long punt return in Auburn's Saturday scrimmage.

Running back Dontae Aycock signs a football. Aycock, a freshman who is making the conversion from high school quarterback, made several nice runs in Auburn's second preseason scrimmage.

Ryan Pugh, a two-year starter at both tackle and center, is expected to be a full-time center for the Tigers this season as a junior.

True freshman Andre Harris, who was a standout offensive tackle in high school, has been learning how to play guard this preseason for offensive line coach Jeff Grimes.

Freshman defensive end Nosa Egaue signs a hat for a fan on Sunday. The young Texan has won praise from his coaches this preseason.

Senior Gabe McKenzie signs an autograph on Sunday at Jordan-Hare Stadium. The tight end made several catches the previous day at AU's second scrimmage.

Big John Sullen (71) and wide receiver Ralph Spry, Jr. (left) participated in fan day. Spry, a transfer from the University of Minnesota who is redshirting this season, and Sullen, a true freshman offensive lineman, were standout players and teammates at Auburn High School.

Junior Byron Isom is projected to be a starter at offensive guard this year.
