"It was a nice visit," McKissic-Luke says. "It was good to spend some time with them."
A solid commitment to Auburn since he announced his choice of the Tigers at Central High in December, McKissic-Luke says that the persistence of Coach Mike Price and his new staff warranted the visit, but it wasn't enough to make him change his mind.
"I just wanted to hear what the coaches had to say," McKissic-Luke notes. "They have a new coaching staff and I wanted to see what they had to say."
A three-year starter at quarterback, McKissic-Luke finished his career with a record of 29-7. For his career the 6-1 signal caller threw for 3,456 yards and 31 touchdowns and also ran for 899 yards and 11 more scores.
