Prior to that the football prospect toured the campus, met with coaches and academic personnel and tried to get a feel for Auburn.
"I had a great time on my visit to Auburn," he said, noting he was impressed with the game atmosphere as well as the people he met.
"Right now I am hurry to board a plane headed to Dallas," he added. "Our flight we were supposed to be on was cancelled so we are catching another one."
The six-foot-six, 230-pound senior from Park Hill High School attracted the attention of the Auburn coaching staff after winning the Cole Kicking Camp competition in Wisconsin over the summer. "That is how they found out about me," he says.
A prospect interested in majoring in kinesiology in college, he is an honor student with a 3.9 grade point average.
