Five-Star Running Back Signs With Tigers

The nation's number two running back signed with Auburn on Wednesday.

Little Rock, Ark.--Rated as the nation's number two running back, Little Rock Christian standout Michael Dyer made it official on Wednesday as he signed with the Auburn Tigers after he committed to Gene Chizik's team back in November.

The all-time leading rusher in Arkansas high school football history, Dyer is a mix of speed and brute strength on a 5-9, 200-pound frame. Despite offers from all over the country Dyer chose Auburn over Alabama, Arkansas, LSU and Tennessee among others.

He's expected to come in and challenge for immediate playing time next fall with Ben Tate gone after having a big senior year in the first season for Gus Malzahn as Auburn's offensive coordinator.
