Corey Redwine, a 6-2, 281-pounder from Creekside High School, says the trip was a very interesting one.
"It was a different experience for me," he says. "I had never been on a college campus before and I loved it and I loved the atmosphere at Auburn," he says.
A prospect who plays both defense and offense, he has been hearing from Tennessee, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Ole Miss, but is still waiting on his first offer from a major program after getting one from Western Kentucky. "Ole Miss told me that they want to offer me this spring," he says.
Redwine plays tackle and end on defense and fullback on offense. "I can line up anywhere on the defensive line," he says.
Commenting on his visit to Auburn, he says, "What stood out to me is being out there and watching those guys practice, I realize that I still need to grow. I seem small compared to them."
