2015 Ball State Target: Tony Balabani

The lates in our series on the 2015 Class and what prospects are on the radar for Ball State Football.

Under the radar DE/OLB Tony Balabani has yet to make many visits, but is hoping all that will change as spring moves along.

One visit the 6-2 230 edge rusher has taken was on Friday at Ball State. The Macomb (MI) Dakota DE came away most impressed from the experience by meeting Ball State Strength and Conditioning Coach Dave Feeley.

"Coach Feeley was very intense and energetic," Balabani said. "He's the type of guy you want in the weight room and on the field to motivate you."

Balabani states that he is getting interest from Buffalo, Ball State, Illinois State and Michigan State and has only visited Michigan State aside from his visit to Muncie.

The high motored and athletic Balabani should see his stock take off as he hits the camps this summer.

"I am versatile," he said of what type of player he is. "I can play at many different spots on the field and I have a combination of good speed and power."
