Ball State Makes Impact on Holt OT

Ball State familiar with Michigan High School program offensive line talent.

Ball State has already had a successful Holt (MI) graduate on the offensive line recently in Austin Holtz. Could another be in the works?

Holt OT Andy Adado, a 6-5 270 OT, visited Ball State this past weekend and came away impressed.

"It was good," Adado said. "We watched practice, talked to the coaches and took a tour. It was very nice."

With visits made or lined up to Michigan State, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Miami and Purdue, Adado really felt comfortable with the familiarity of the Cardinal Program.

" I really liked how they stressed excellence in the class room and gave all the resources you needed to be successful," Adado said. "Their practices were also ran a lot like at my school now. I liked the fact that they had a strong and quick side of the (offensive) line because we also have that system at our school. I really like the strength coach (Dave Feeley) and his intensity, I also liked Coach (John) Strollo the O-line coach."

Adado's Junior Highlights.
