Biddines Adds Ball State Offer

Ball State WR Coach Keith Gaither hit the ground running this week in Florida and offered his first set of recruits on Monday.

Ball State has made recruiting the Sunshine State a priority during the Pete Lembo era and this week they are back down in Florida again as regional recruiter and WR Coach Keith Gaither has hit the road to find the best talent available.

Case in point is athlete Sekendric Biddines, a 6-0 170 Slot/DB from St. Petersburg's Lakewood High School.

"It feels great," Biddines said of the offer. "It means that some college was actually interested in me and gave me a chance."

The fleet-footed Biddines brings speed, short area quickness and savvy to the Slot and has enough size to step outside as well. It is those skills that have college coaches excited, but that is not all there is to Biddines.

"I'm a very humble and hard working student athlete," Biddines said. "I love the game of football and I can bring a lot versatility to Ball State University. I care about my grades and education and I just love the game of football."

Ball State is not alone in their interest of Biddines, as he already picked up an earlier offer from James Madison and is being pursued by Florida Atlantic, Kentucky, South Florida, Toledo and Central Florida.
