Ball State Basketball adds two for 2015

The Ball State basketball team wrapped up their 2015 recruiting class on Thursday by signing two players.

Things continue to look up for the rebuilding Ball State basketball program and 2nd year Head Coach James Whitford. After inking one of the top recruiting classes for the program in recent years a season ago, the Cardinals staff put together another top class consisting of two of the top players in the Midwest for 2015 in Trey Moses and Tahjai Teague.

Moses, a 6-9 240 PF/C, has been touted as one of the top 3 players in the state of Kentucky for the class of 2015 by some recruiting services. The Louisville (KY) Eastern High School product averaged 12.5 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks a game as a junior and had a great summer on the AAU circuit.

Teague, a cousin of NBA players Jeff & Marquis Teague, is a 6-8 190 combo forward who averaged 11.2 points and 8.3 rebounds a game for Indianapolis Pike. Teague earned Indiana Junior All-Star honors last season and is a candidate for Mr. Basketball in Indiana for 2014.
