Hall Talks Ball State Commitment

Ball State picked up a commitment from an Eastern Arizona College S that started a JUCO flurry over the next 3 days.

Ball State picked up a big commitment from Eastern Arizona College Safety Corey Hall on Saturday.

Hall, who had offers from Akron and Kennesaw State committed after visiting the Cardinals.

“Being around the coaches just felt like family,” Hall said. “And the town in general just felt like home, and the culture of their program.”

The 5-10 180 tallied 69 tackles and 2 INTs for Eastern Arizona this season and he will have two years of eligibility left.

Hall’s commitment started a string of three JC players that committed in just 3 days as Lackawanna JC DT John Whitman and S Rontrell Peyton both also pledged to the Cardinals.

Scout Breakdown

Hall is a shorter, but extremely fast/quick safety. He is a true ball-hawk and is not afraid to throw his body around and make big hits. A sure tackler, Hall has the speed to collapse on the run and also make up space and punish receivers.
