Bolton Checks out Ball State

Among the visitors to Ball State on Friday was one of the top RB prospects in the state.

Chicago Simeon RB Qwentn Bolton visited Ball State on Friday and came away impressed with the school in Muncie, IN.

“I really loved it,” Bolton said. “I felt at home. I could see myself at that university for four years.”

During his visit, Bolton was able to see plenty of the football facilities and campus itself.

“I spoke with Coach (Daryl) Dixon as well as Coach Tilmon Clark,” Bolton said. “We did a tour of the whole campus, we went to the David Letterman Building. We also viewed the practice for a couple minutes, then we went into the weight room after that and spoke to Coach (Dave) Feely.”

As far as an offer goes, one sounds like it is on the way from Ball State as long as Bolton takes care of the all-important academic side of things.

Bolton stated that he is also getting recruited by Western Michigan, Toledo, North Dakota and Central Michigan and has plans to visit Western and Central coming up soon.
