Cardinals among a plethora of options for Georgia offensive lineman.

Alex Mollette is picking up offer right and left. On Thursday, the 6-3 285 OG/OC from North Gwinnett in Georgia, picked up an offer from Ball State.

”Coach texted me to let me know that they offered,” Mollette said. “I had a good feeling it was coming.”

For Mollete, it another in a long line of offers that has reached 17 – including Arkansas State, Buffalo, Florida Int’l, Georgia State, Marshall & Western Kentucky at the FBS level of Division 1.

”There are about 5 schools that stand out to me,” Mollette said. “And I feel with the offers I have now, I could go to most of them and have great opportunities academically and on the field.”

As for Ball State, Mollette admits he has only started researching the Mid-American Conference school, but he is excited by what he sees.

”I did research on my own because I am very excited about the Ball State offer,” Mollette said. “I have heard a lot about the campus and I know they are doing a lot of renovations to the football stadium.”

As for summer, Mollette intends to be a busy young man.

”I’m going to a good amount of camps,” Mollete said. “I haven't made a definite plan but I want to definitely get to as many places as I can. Also for the summer I want to go on visits as much as I can too.”
