Beltavski is a Cardinal

Ball State added another under the radar prospect from Ohio this weekend.

One thing you can say about T.J. Beltavski is he is a beast.

The 6-1 295 interior OL and DT from Cleveland Benedictine is also a black belt in Judo and boasts over 600 pound maxes in the squat and deadlift. On Thursday, Beltavski committed to Ball State.

”I feel like the combination of athletics and academics were the best for me out of all of the schools that recruited me,” Beltavski said about Ball State.

Beltavski, who is Benedictine’s starting Center has the ability to play multiple spots up front on the offensive line and has also showed his skills on the defensive side of the ball during the camp season.

”They (Ball State) like my foot work and power on the inside of the offensive line,” he said.

With his college decision out of the way, Beltavski can now focus on his senior year and the goals his team has set forth.

” I'm excited to try to win a second state championship at Benedictine High School,” Beltavski said. “And then get my Ball State career started with its impressive coaching staff.”
