Cardinals Sign Three Early Enrollees

Ball State signed three players to add to their roster for the spring semester.

Ball State officially added one high school and two junior college players this week as mid-year early enrollees to the school and program.

The high school player is Chris Crumb, a 6-1 260 DT from Lewis Center (OH) Olentangy. Crumb was a prolific tackle machine from the DT spot posting 136 total tackles. Crumb also was effective at getting in the backfield to the tune of 29 tackles for loss and 15 sacks. His senior season earned his 1st team All State honoris for Division 1 in Ohio.

The first Junior College player signed to the class was Reggie McGee from Hartnell College in California. McGee, a 6-2 230 DE, recorded 52 tackles and a school record 15 sacks while leading the team to a 10-1 overall record.

The final player added is John Swisher from Iowa Western Community College. Swisher, a 6-2 280 DT, earned all-conference and honorable mention NJCAA All-American accolades this past season at IWCC.
