Williams finished up a week of visits in Muncie

Williams impressed with experience at Ball State.

New Prairie (IN) High School TE Tynan Williams finished off a week of unofficial visits with a trip to Ball State for spring practice on Thursday.

"The visit was very nice, they toured me around campus and introduced the history of the school," Williams said. "We got to watch the practice from on the field and in the sky box which was very awesome. I talked to a lot of the coaches including Kevin Lynch who has been recruiting me, and the tight ends coach Pat Dougherty."

For Williams, the visit capped off a week of visits to schools with interest in the 6-4 235 TE.

"Well this week I went to Indiana, Miami (Oh), and finished with Ball State today," Williams said. " I missed a couple of visits because of overlapping on my schedule; many more to go to though, And it's been very good, it's nice to go out and experience different places and see what fits best."

Along with interest from Ball State, Indiana and Miami, Williams, who has yet to pull in his first offer, is also hearing from Western Michigan, PurdueIllinoisMichigan and Buffalo. But with a skill set and work ethic like Williams has, those offers will come soon enough.

"My game is viscous but smart and composed," Williams said. "It is mixed with technique, strength and most importantly the love of the game, I'm easy to play with but hard to play against, I bring leadership and a great player to build around, I'm also 1st team all conference, and All-State. No doubt I plan to repeat that again this year, and no one will stop me."
