Bowling Green (KY) South Warren DE Zach Haynes is high on two schools, including Ball State.

Haynes, who picked up an offer from the Cardinals back in May, is really excited about the offer.

“I am very familiar with Ball State’s success and tradition," Haynes said. "So I was very happy.”

Haynes visited Ball State for Super Saturday, and he enjoyed it.

“The campus really stood out, and I want to visit again.” Haynes added. “It is very easy to see that Ball State is a very special place.”

Haynes is going to make his decision sometime before July 14th.

“Ball State and Appalachian State are the main schools right now," Haynes said. "However some other schools are also interested.”

The 6-3 255 DE also holds offers from Navy, Army West Point, Eastern Kentucky, Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, Wofford and Eastern Michigan.

Another thing that stood out about Ball State to Haynes was the coaching staff.

“They run a 4-3 Defense that I think I would fit very well into," Haynes said. "And it is very easy to see that they know what they are doing.”

The Cardinals have done a fantastic job in the past couple weeks recruiting, and adding Haynes would be a great addition.
