Spring Football Scrimmage set for Saturday

The Ball State University football team will conclude spring practice with the Cardinal and White Scrimmage Saturday at noon at Scheumann Stadium. This year's Spring Scrimmage is presented by Indiana Michigan Power.

Gates to the Stadium will open at 11:15 a.m. and admission is free to everyone.

The Spring Scrimmage will be a controlled practice with the offensive players wearing red and the defensive players wearing white. The teams will play four 12-minute quarters with a running clock and a 10-minute halftime.

Honorary coaches for the event are Jamie Johnson (Ball State Academic Services), Dan Kalantarian (Ball State Band), Ed Lantis (Ball State Alum and Carmel Attorney), Pam Riegle (Ball State Academic Services) and Karen Spangler (Ball State Academic Services).
