White Will Play At Iowa

Iowa reeled in their second verbal commitment of the 2011 class.

Iowa scored a recruit out of Ohio on Monday.

Aaron White, a Strongsville (Ohio) High standout, gave Fran McCaffery a verbal commitment after also considering Duquesne.

"Ultimately it was coach McCaffery and everything they had to offer is just what i really wanted," White told Scout.com.

"I wanted to play on the biggest stage and the Big ten is the best conference you can play in," he added. "Coach McCaffery is a great guy and a great coach. Everywhere he's gone he's turned around and won."

McCaffery joins Cedar Rapids (Iowa) George Washington standout Josh Ogleby to make up their current 2011 recruiting class.
