Jack Leaves South Kent, May Enroll Early

Kadeem Jack's plan has changed. This past weekend he left South Kent and his contemplating his options.

Kadeem Jack may take a red-shirt year after all.

Throughout the summer their was talk surrounding Jack on whether he would go to prep school or take a red-shirt year. In late August he ended up picking Rutgers, but opted to go to South Kent (Conn.) School for a fifth year.

That plan changed this past weekend.

Per a pair of sources, Jack, a four-star prospect originally out of New York (N.Y.) Rice, and South Kent parted ways, and Jack returned to his New York home.

Now Jack is trying to decide whether to go to a prep school for the remainder of the year, or to enroll at Rutgers in January.

According to our sources, Jack has achieved a qualifying SAT score and is academically eligible to head to Rutgers.

Jack was rated No. 43 overall in the final 2010 class rankings.
