Dinwiddie Headed To Pac-10

Spencer Dinwiddie, a promising guard out of Southern California, will be playing at a Pac-10 school next year...

Spencer Dinwiddie, 6-4 SR PG/SG Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft, has committed to Colorado.

"It came down to Harvard and Colorado," said Dinwiddie. "I chose Colorado mainly because of the conference, the location and because I have a great relationship with Coach Boyle. He never wavered and he made it clear he wanted me from the beginning."

A versatile prospect, Dinwiddie has a point guard's feel and approach to the game, while having the size to defend the two as well. He's a very accurate shooter, with range to the stripe, and he figures to become even better as he adds strength in the coming years.

In addition to Harvard, Dinwiddie also heard from Oregon, UCLA, UNLV, Santa Clara and Georgetown at various points in his recruitment.
