Krueger Getting Some Big Looks

Bryson Krueger, the good-looking wing from Arizona, is getting recruiting looks from some big-named west coast schools...

Bryson Krueger, 6-5 SG Phoenix (AZ) Mountain Pointe, is one of the better wing prospects in the west this year and he's drawing interest from a number of schools.

We spoke with Bryson the other day and he said that Arizona, Stanford, UCLA, Wake Forest and UNLV are the schools in which he currently has an interest.

We asked if staying local or going away would be a factor in his decision and Bryson said, "I'm open to going anywhere."

Bryson told us that Duke and Arizona were the two schools he admired the most when growing up.

We asked what factors would be important in his decision and Bryson replied, "Some playing time early would be good. Also, how good the program is -- do they send players to the next level. Arizona has players every year going to the NBA."

We asked if he had made any unofficial trips to Arizona and Bryson told us that he has visited the campus and the Wildcat staff said they would evaluate him this summer.

Bryson also said that he would like to take five trips, but he'd like to decide fairly early and he might commit early if he got the right offer.

Bryson said he has a 3.2 GPA and he's awaiting the results of his SAT test.
