Hartman makes it a daily double

Collin Hartman decided to end his recruitment in a hurry during an unofficial visit to Indiana on Sunday.

It was a huge day for the Indiana Hoosiers as their recruiting roll has now spread through four different classes. Hosting several recruits at their game against Evansville, the Hoosiers landed a pair of commitments.

It wasn't an easy recruiting battle for Collin Hartman, but it was a quick one for the Indiana Hoosiers. Hartman committed to Indiana according to Indianapolis (IN) Cathedral assistant coach Matt Green.

"Collin is official to Indiana, him and Devin (Davis) both," said Green.

The 6-foot-6 forward selected the Hoosiers over offers from Butler, Illinois, and Purdue, and also significant interest from Ohio State and Michigan State.

At 6-foot-6 and 185 pounds Hartman is one of the best forwards in the 2013 class, and projects to be one of the more skilled inside-out players. Right now Hartman is at his best shooting the basketball from deep, but he also shows signs of being able to score off the dribble. Beyond that Hartman is a solid rebounder and someone who isn't afraid to go into the paint.

With the commitment Hartman joins Devin Davis as pledges in the 2013 class. The Hoosiers now have two commitments in the 2013 and 2014 classes.
