UK, Pitt show interest in Jefferson

Rondae Jefferson has set his sights toward North Carolina, but other schools like Kentucky and Pitt are showing him interest.

Rondae Jefferson has a long road of recruiting ahead of him, but his fantasy team to play for would be North Carolina.

"My dream is North Carolina because my favorite player is Michael Jordan," Jefferson said.

The Tarheels have yet to contact him, so Kentucky and Pittsburgh have their lead on this 6-foot-6 forward.

Jefferson believes what is making him stand out to these schools are his jump shot and strength.

He works out every day and finds himself better at defense.

"Rebounds, I get about 8 or 9 [a game]," Jefferson said.

To go with those 8 rebounds, he averages about 2 blocks and 2 steals a game for Team Final.

Offensively, he is still a strong player, making about 15 points and 5 assists as well.

Jefferson is anxious to round out his recruitment list next season, and adding Michael Jordan's Tarheels to the top.
