Multiple Offers For Loveridge

Jordan Loveridge isn't well known nationally, but he's one of the better prospects in the west for 2012...

Jordan Loveridge, 6-5 SR PF West Jordan (Utah) High, is a very talented prospect and one of the better sleepers out west. He's got a thick body, with long arms and very good feet and hands. He's effective playing away from the basket against bigger players, but also has the ability to play in the paint. He's a bit undersized at the four, but that's the position he will have to defend in college.

I spoke with Loveridge recently and asked about the schools that are recruiting him.

"Colorado State, Weber State, Utah, BYU and Utah State have offered," said Loveridge. "I'm also hearing from Hawaii, Nebraska, San Diego, Denver, UNLV, UC Riverside, UC Davis and San Francisco."

I asked Loveridge if any schools stand out for him.

"No, I'm open to anyone," said Loveridge.

When questioned about what he is looking for in a school, Loveridge replied, "Someplace where I have a chance to play and show my skills," said Loveridge. "I want a place where I fit in, with a good education."

Loveridge said he is in no hurry to decide.

"I'd like to try to take five visits and then decide in November," said Loveridge.

Loveridge said he has a 3.7 GPA.
