Hardin Narrowing List
DeVon Hardin, 6-9 JR PF Newark (Calif.) Memorial, told us last night that he's in the process of narrowing down his list. "I'm looking to go to a high level Division One school," said Hardin. "So I'll be cutting out any school that's not in that category in order to save them the time." Hardin was visited recently at his high school by UCLA, Cal, LSU and Oregon. He said that he's considering all four schools, along with USC. "I hadn't really considered Oregon," said Hardin. "But Ernie Kent made a very good presentation and they're in the running." Hardin will take an official visit to Cal this week and said he may take an official visit to UCLA sometime in the next couple weeks. He has already taken unofficial visits to USC, Loyola Marymount, Cal and UCLA. We asked which schools have offered scholarships and Hardin replied, "Cal and USC have offered – UCLA, Oregon and LSU have not." Hardin said that, while he may narrow his list now, he still plans on making a fall decision.
