Kurz Headed To Notre Dame

Notre Dame is adding guys left and right. This time they've dipped into the Class of 2004 and came out with a combo forward.

Penn Charter has a pair of dynamite juniors in Rob Kurz and Sean Singletary. On Tuesday, it leaked out that the Irish landed Kurz. Rob Kurz told us last weekend that he liked Notre Dame and Indiana and wanted to make a decision before the end of his high school year. We learned on Tuesday that he's made that choice.

A source confirmed to TheInsidersHoops.com that Kurz picked the Irish and gave Mike Brey a commitment.

Kurz is a perfect fit at Notre Dame. He's a good student and combination forward. He likes to face up and shoot jumpers but we think he's got some nice moves in the paint. He'll just need to add some muscle to his frame, but regardless he's a skilled player with size.

Kurz is a Top 100 prospect in the Class of 2004.
