Suljagic Wide Open
Damir Suljagic, 6-8 JR PF Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe, told us recently that he's hearing from Stanford, Loyola Marymount, Tulsa, Oregon St., Wyoming, Yale, Washington, USC, New Mexico, Utah and St. Mary's, among others. Suljagic said that New Mexico, Loyola Marymount and Yale all came out to his high school during the recent contact period. He said Utah had planned on coming, but couldn't make it at the last minute. Suljagic hasn't yet scheduled any official visits. He has been to USC, Northern Arizona and ASU for unofficial visits. We asked Suljagic if he had any preferences among the schools and he said, "No, I'm pretty open. I might stay in the west if it works out, but I'm open to going anywhere." Suljegic did indicate that he'd like to play at the highest level possible. He told us he has a 3.7 GPA and is awaiting the results on an SAT test.
