Biancardi Strikes At Wright State

Paul Biancardi is the latest first-year head coach to sign his first ever recruit at his new school. This week, Biancardi's Wright State bunch added two players.

Zakee Boyd, a 6-4 small forward, is headed to Wright State. The Philadelphia Lutheran Prep standout is a solid mid-major scorer and excellent addition given the lateness of the signing period. Hartford was recruiting him hard as well. He visited last weekend.

Boyd will team with Detroit Crockett point guard DeShawn Lynch as they team to form the future backcourt for Biancardi. Crockett is listed as the No. 5 point guard in the state of Michigan by analyst Vince Baldwin of Prep Spotlight.

Boyd and Lynch both visited together. Lynch was being recruited by Cleveland State, Murray State and Central Michigan. He was one of the leading scorers in Detroit this past season.
