Taylor is finally eligible and back on the court for Fairfax, which has been a welcome relief for him.
"It feels great to be back playing," Taylor said. "I'm trying to show what I'm capable of and it feels good. I feel like when I first came back I was a little rusty but I'm starting to feel a lot more comfortable on the court."
Now that schools have had the chance to see him on Fairfax, interest is beginning to increase.
As of now, Taylor isn't consuming himself with his recruitment and is more worried about having a successful senior season.
"I'm just trying to take it day by day and I'm really focused on the season right now," he said.
"I'm trying to win a championship before I leave here so I'm really focused on that and if we do what we're capable of, I'm confident that everything else will fall into place."
There are three main things Taylor will be looking for in a school.
"Style of play; I really like to get up and go and I feel like I play in transition," Taylor said. "I'm also big into academics and I want to go somewhere that after I'm finished with basketball I have something to fall back on. Coaching staff is very important as well."
