According to sources, Charles Rhodes
, a power forward at Jackson (MS) Lanier High has reached a college decision. Rhodes committed to Mississippi State
on Tuesday evening.
Apparently, he was looking at Arkansas, Mississippi State, Alabama and Auburn. Rhodes was ineligible to play last season at Lanier after transferring from another school.
In Rhodes, the Bulldogs have landed an athletic four-man who can play with his back to the hoop or facing the basket. He's played alongside guys like Al Jefferson and Charles Thomas on the Jackson Tigers.
Last summer, he also played at the Nike Hoop Jamboree.
