2013 Intro: Jordan Scott

Josh Scott headlined the state of Colorado's 2012 prospect list and his younger brother, Jordan Scott, could do the same in 2013.

One of the top 2013 prospects in Colorado is 6-foot-6, 190-pound Monument (Colo.) Lewis-Palmer small forward Jordan Scott.

The junior has good size for his position, plays hard, is crafty getting to the basket and has a high basketball IQ. The younger brother of 2012 Colorado signee Josh Scott is pleased with the season he's had so far.

"I've done pretty well," Scott said. "I've done everything needed for my team to win. We've only lost one game and I feel like I've played well.

"I defend really well, I make plays for my teammates, I get into the lane and also rebound. I've been improving a lot on my ball handling and shooting so I just want to keep going up from here."

Scott has an offer from Air Force and amongst the schools he's heard from are Stanford, Wyoming, Nebraska and Wake Forest.

As of now, Scott says he's wide open and looking into the schools recruiting him.

"I want to go somewhere I can be strong coming out of college with good basketball and a place to get exposure," he said.

The wing is in no rush to decide.

"I probably won't decide until next year," he said.
