, a standout performer with the Fox Valley Skillz AAU program, committed to Wisconsin-Green Bay this week. The 2004 winger plays at Racine (WI) St. Catherines, one of the top-ranked teams in the state heading into next season.
In Albany, N.Y., last month, Bell was named the MVP of his as the Skillz captured the 2003 Gym Rat Challenge.
Bell commitment is the first from an in-state player during the tenure of head coach Tod Kowalczyk. Green Bay is also involved with LaVontay Fenderson and Cordero Barkley (Class of 2005) who also play for the Skillz.
