Blueitt returns from Louisville visit

2014 wing Trevon Bluiett visited Louisville on Wednesday. What stood out about the trip? Bluiett broke it down to Scout.com.

Four-star wing Trevon Bluiett visited Louisville on Wednesday.

Bluiett, a standout at Indianapolis (Ind.) Park Tudor, said Louisville's staff has been recruiting him for over a year, but this was his first time seeing their new arena.

"It was my first time in the YUM! Center and I was blown away," Bluiett told Scout.com. "I also learned about business. Coach Pitino is so knowledgeable on the business side."

"Practice went well," he added. "It was intense, especially the defense. Their energy was just impressive."

Bluiett, who currently holds scholarship offers from Indiana, Purdue, IUPUI, Xavier, Virginia, Kansas State, Notre Dame, Illinois, Florida and Butler, said Louisville's style of play is among the things that he likes about them.

"They're always into a flex play coming down the court and they hold their pride on defense," Blueitt said. "Also coach said he gives them freedom to make plays happen."

The 6-foot-5, 185-pound wing is looking to examine the recruiting process a little closer after the upcoming evaluation period.

"I'm going to sit down after July and talk with my parents and start narrowing down schools," Bluiett said.

Bluiett, who is known for his shooting ability, is ranked No. 68 overall in the 2014 recruiting class.
