Breaking down the top 10

With in-home visits and official visits in full swing, what better time to take a look at the top 10 prospects in the 2013 class. Who has scheduled official visits? Who is in the middle of the in-home process? This feature will get you up to date with the latest.

Size: 7-7/215 |
Quick Take: has confirmed that Florida is expected to meet with Parker, a 6-foot-7 wing out of Chicago (Ill.) Simeon, on Tuesday evening. DePaul will also meet with him this week. Michigan State has an in-home visit scheduled for September 20th, while Duke is expected to go in on the 21st. At this point, there aren't any known college visits scheduled.

Recruiting: BYU, DePaul, Duke, Florida, Georgetown, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan State, North Carolina and Stanford

Size: 6-5 / 205 |
Quick Take: The twins are the midst of their in-home visit schedule Between Sunday and Monday the twins have met with Baylor, Kentucky and Maryland, sources say. SMU and Villanova are also expected to meet with the twins and their father – Aaron Harrison Sr. – on Tuesday and Wednesday. To date, the twins, nor their father, have confirmed any upcoming college visits.

Size: 7-8/225 |
Quick Take: Randle started the in-home visit process on Sunday with North Carolina State and Kentucky. Monday night the physical post prospect met with North Carolina. This week he's also expected to meet with Duke and Kansas. Next week he'll meet with Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas and Florida. Randle currently has two visits scheduled. He'll be at Kentucky this coming weekend for their Alumni game and then he'll officially visit Florida the weekend of October 6th.

Recruiting: North Carolina State, Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke, Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, Florida, Baylor

Size: 7-8/215 |
Quick Take: The nation's No. 5 player did his first in-home visit with Arizona on Monday. Kentucky is slated to visit with Gordon this evening. Washington will also do an in-home visit with Gordon on September 18th. Gordon will begin taking official visits in two weeks, according to his mother -- Shelly Davis. Oregon gets the first visit. He'll then trip to Washington the following weekend (Sept. 28th). Gordon will then go to Kansas for midnight madness and follow it up with a trip to Arizona on October 19th. He has yet to schedule a trip to Kentucky.

Quick Take: The elite point guard out of Montverde (Fla.) Academy is a firm commit to Florida. So it shouldn't be a surprise that Billy Donovan and assistant coach Matt McCall, who was the point man on the Hill recruitment, did an in-home visit with him on Sunday, the first day that college coaches were allowed to schedule in-home visits.

Recruiting: Committed to Florida

Size: 7-10/205 |
Quick Take: Much like, Hill, Walker, a standout at Bonifay (Fla.) Holmes County, is a Florida commit. The talented post prospect met with Florida on the second day of the Recruiting Period. Both Donovan and McCall were present for the in-home visit with the No. 7 player in the 2013 class.

Recruiting: Committed to Florida

Size: 7-6/190 |
Quick Take: The nation's N. 8 prospect is spending the week doing in-home visits, just like his peers in the top 10. Young hosted Kentucky for an in-home visit on Monday. Michigan State and Kansas are also expected to meet with him his week. While dates have yet to be set up, word has it Young will likely visit Kentucky in the next month. Syracuse is also involved in Young's recruitment.

Size: 6-1/165 |
Quick Take: While most prospects have been focused on in-home visits, Anthony "Cat" Barber, a standout at Hampton (Va.) High, has been taking official visits. Barber went to Kansas two weekends ago, he tripped to Louisville this past weekend and will officially visit North Carolina State this coming weekend. Alabama also met with Barber at his school on Monday. While the list has been at four, it is now down to Kansas, N.C. State and Alabama, as Louisville and Barber have parted ways. While a decision date hasn't been set, it appears Barber is on track to make an early college choice.

Quick Take: This past weekend Rondae Jefferson took an official visit to Arizona. He's also scheduled to meet with the Wildcats the later in the week. Jefferson has an in-home visit scheduled with Florida next week. At this point, Jefferson doesn't have any other official visits set up. Arizona is the firm leader.
