Wisconsin lands Ohio forward

Wisconsin has dipped into the Buckeye State for an athletic power forward.

Coming into the summer Vitto Brown was considered more of a mid-major player, but following a strong July he began to pull in definite high-major interest.

The 6-foot-7 power forward with long arms is an excellent rebounder and shot blocker. He has continued to refine his offensive game, and that led to offers from Wisconsin and Nebraska.

"I am picking up Vitto from school now, but yes he committed to Wisconsin," said Brown's father.

Brown made a recent visit to Wisconsin and picked the school over Big Ten rival Nebraska.

The Badgers have gone into the Buckeye State quite a bit in the last few years landing players such as Robert Wilson and Traevon Jackson. Now they have Brown in the fold, and he is the fourth commitment in the 2013 class.
