Big List For Everett

Marcus Everett is one of the more underrated guards in the west. But college coaches know about the SoCal point guard and he heard from a bunch of them this past weekend...

Marcus Everett, 6-1 SR PG West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade, has been drawing a lot of interest this summer. We spoke with Everett recently and asked about the schools that have been calling him in the last week. "Fresno State, Nevada, Washington, UC Santa Barbara, Minnesota, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, Penn, Utah, Washington State and Stanford have all called," said Everett.

Everett said Utah and Fresno State have offered scholarships.

When we asked if he had a list of schools that he would definitely visit, Everett replied, "Princeton, Utah and Washington St. – I'll definitely visit those schools."

Everett is also a potential football prospect and he said he's not sure what he'll do in college. "I'm going to decide pretty soon if I want to play just one sport or try to play both," said Everett. "I'll probably decide in the next month or so."

Everett told us that his GPA is 3.4 and he scored 990 on the SAT.
